We excel where most translation companies fail, recruitment. Our quality output is a direct echo of our recruitment process. We work with some of the most prestigious universities and corporates in the world and we hire only the most elite, most talented, and experienced translators.
To maintain our quality standards, we have formulated a highly stringent recruitment process, which allows only 1% out of 1000s of applicants to get through. They all go through various rounds of tests, where we assess them on their subject matter expertise, industry knowledge, and proficiency in both languages concerned. Getting through our three rounds of tests is just the beginning, because newly hired translators are closely monitored for two months. The translators who do not perform up to our standards are mentored and given additional training to help improve their quality; however, if no progress is seen, we just let them go. Regular monthly assessment and feedbacks are shared with translators, helping them to settle down well.
