Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGE), a subsidiary of National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), was established in 1998. POGE’s mandate is the development of the South Pars gas field and North Pars gas field respectively.

法爾斯石油天然氣公司， 伊朗國(guó)家石油公司的下屬，建立於1998年，其使命是分別開發(fā)南法爾斯和北法爾斯天然氣田。

Decisiveness of the Ministry of Petroleum to uphold and exploit the Islamic Republic of Iran rights in the south Pars gas field led onto the establishment of POGC.

石油部支持和開發(fā)伊朗共和國(guó)法爾斯天然氣田的正確決定導(dǎo)致了POGC 的成立。

POGC utilizing modern management knowledge, tools and techniques as well as experienced seasoned managers, specialists and experts in the execution of oil and gas projects, has thus far taken major steps in the realization of NIOC’s objectives.

POGC在石油和天然氣開發(fā)項(xiàng)目中，利用現(xiàn)代化管理知識(shí)、工作、技術(shù)及經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的管理人員、技師及專家，在實(shí)現(xiàn)NIOC’s的目標(biāo)中已經(jīng)邁出了重要的步伐。

Optimum utilization of the abilities and capacities of local and regional resources in the implementation of projects and the maximization the Iranian participation in products, manufacturing and construction in on our projects is another great achievement.

在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的過(guò)程中，最適度的利用當(dāng)?shù)氐馁Y源，在我們項(xiàng)目的產(chǎn)品、生產(chǎn)製造和建築中最大限度的提高伊朗的參與度是我們的另一偉大成就。

Development and production in various phases of South Pars gas field has increased the Gross National Product and has created a new and considerable perspective in the growth and blossoming of oil and gas industries.

南天然氣田不同階段的開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)已經(jīng)增加了國(guó)民生產(chǎn)總之，為石油和天然氣工業(yè)的增長(zhǎng)極繁榮創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)新的、樂(lè)觀的前景。

One of the most important –achievements results from the implementation of South Pars development in this region is the diminishment of deprivation and poverty and the creation of industrial, maintenance, services and customs activities a s well as the creation of industrial, maintenance, services and customs activities as well as the creation of oil and gas related industries in the region. Also, infrastructural facilities such as airports, roads, social and health services, expansion of electric powder generation, communication and other utilities have been built in Assaluyeh.

南法爾斯開發(fā)的實(shí)施在該地區(qū)最重大的成就之一就是貧困的減少、降低及工業(yè)、維修業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)及客戶活動(dòng)的出現(xiàn)，同樣還包括石油和天然氣相關(guān)其他行業(yè)的出現(xiàn)。另外，該地區(qū)的機(jī)場(chǎng)、公路、社會(huì)及健康服務(wù)、發(fā)電產(chǎn)業(yè)的擴(kuò)張，通信及其設(shè)施都已開始在Assaluyeh地區(qū)建立。

Creating jobs and employment opportunities is another achievement. South Pars development has not only strongly vitalized and impacted Iranian industries oil and gas related industries, but has also directly employed more than 60000 persons.

創(chuàng)造工作和就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)是另外一大成就。南法爾斯的開發(fā)不僅強(qiáng)烈地刺激和影響了伊朗是石油和天然氣及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，還直接為60000多人增加了就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。

The biggest industrial center for production energy in the world can be seen in the future perspective of this region which will be the foundation for the socio-economic development of Iran by 2021.

世界上能源生產(chǎn)的最大工業(yè)中心在不久的將來(lái)將會(huì)在該地區(qū)出現(xiàn)，將為伊朗地區(qū)至2021年社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。

DEVELOPMENT OF SOUTHPARS GAS FIELD

南法爾斯天然氣田的開發(fā)

Phase of South Pars gas field generally includes offshore and onshore facilities. Offshore fixtures and installations include, drilling platforms and submarine pipelines, while onshore facilities consist of gas refines, gas transport pipelines, utilities and infrastructures.

Support the activities of this project, Pars Oil and Gas Company has constructed an international airport, residential areas and townships, gas transport lines, road networks, floodgates, jetties and sea water intakes and desalination plants.

南法爾斯天然氣田通常包括海上和陸上設(shè)備。海上設(shè)備及安裝包括鑽探平臺(tái)和海底管道，陸上設(shè)備包括天然氣精煉、天然氣運(yùn)輸管道、使用及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。

為了支持該項(xiàng)目，法爾斯石油天然氣公司已經(jīng)建立了一座國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)、住宅區(qū)及鎮(zhèn)區(qū)、天然氣運(yùn)輸管道、公路網(wǎng)、水閘、碼頭及海水入口和脫鹽工廠。
